Day one: The students were divided into 4 teams; Hearts, Clubs, Spades and Diamonds. The eldest students acted as leaders of the teams - there'd be no way I'd be able to maintain complete control of all of them, so a bunch of lieutenants were the way. Their first task was to produce nametags that also promoted the team. One reason for this was off course so I'd know their names, but more importantly it would establish team spirit.
