Eriksbärg Automatonværk is based on an old image from a steelworks that has been tweaked into a 1909 robot factory and was made for an exhibition of paper kits in Tokyo in 2009. This was an attempt to take papercraft in a (for me) new direction - this is somehow more related to the Japanese Fotomo and came from an idea pitched to Horniman Museum. These were meant to only sell at the Japanese show, but unfortunately didn't sell out, so they'll appear in the shop soon. I am considering making this a small series of world famous robot factories.
