Calligrafight Club prelude: This was a short workshop in Denmark and I figured I'd teach them some classic virtues of lettering/calligraphy. The only problem is that calligraphy is immensely boring and takes loads and loads of practice to master. So I gave it a little twist: Welcome to Calligrafight Club. First rule of Calligrafight club is, you do not use writing equipment. No pens, pencils, biros, no paint, no ink, no printouts. You do not use anything that leaves a bit of itself behind when you drag it over a piece of paper. There were eight rules in all and the students were punished for breaking rule number one.
